Public Sector Contractors
Thos doing contract work for the Government and local authorities or for such departments as the National Health Service are public sector contractors.

They usually earn a little bit less than contractos in other sectors such as banking and finance.

It’s also difficult for contractors to break into the public sector as very often they insist that contractors have experience of working in the public sector.

So that’s a bit of a Catch 22 situation.

Sometimes there are security checks as well.
