Limited Companies Advice
We can give you good limited companies advice here. UK Contractors normally operate through either an umbrella company or a limited company.
Limited company contractors normally pay around £10,000 a year less in tax than an umbrella company contractor. The difference is IR35.
If contractors are outside IR35 then they can operate through a limited company.
If they are caught by IR35 then they usually use an umbrella company.
