IR35 Rules Explained
We will attempt here to get the IR35 rules explained for you in this set of articles.
IR35 was set up in 1999 to catch disguised contractors in its net.
However, its scope was too wide and it also caught career contractors, who were not disguised employees.
Now the Conservatives, who came to power hinting that they would abolish IR35, are going strengthen it instead.
This is a big blow to contractors group IPSE and to contractors all over the UK.
