IR35 Legislation
To the chagrin of UK Contractors, IR35 Legislation was passed in 1999 to catch disguised employees.

However, the Conservative Govrenment, instead of abolishing it as they had seemed to promise, are now set about strengthening IR35.

This is much to the annoyance of IPSE, the contractors group.

They appear to want to take more and more tax from UK contractors, those in umbrella companies and those in personal service companes.
