IR35 Friendly Contract
Contractors are changing their contracts so that they have an IR35 friendly contract, i.e. to be outside of IR35 and not caught by it

IR35 was introduced in 1999 to catch disguised employees, i.e. those that left a permanent job on the Friday to become a contractor on the Monday at the same company doing the same job.

However, it caught lots more contractors in its net.

The Association of Independent professionals and the Self Employed (IPSE) was set up to fight IR35. They used to be called the Professional Contractors Group (PCG).
